Description

A delicious vinaigrette from our own apple cider! 

Ingredients

1⁄2 c
bear creek hard cider
2 T
dijon mustard
2 clv
garlic (minced)
2 T
mountainrose vineyards maple syrup
1 t
dried basil
1⁄2 c
extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

Mix top 5 ingredients and slowly add olive oil until ingredients stay blended.  Pour over a fresh salad. Excellent with kale or broccoli slaw salad blends.
