Sunday, July 21th, MountainRose Vineyards will celebrate 15 years of harvest with “A Day in the Country”! We will be serving Wise County’s award-winning hard cider, Bear Creek and our 2018-2019 medal winning wines, Sparkling Kelliokee (Gold), Riesling (Gold) and, Splashdam (Silver).
At 2pm and 3:30 we will do tours of the vineyard including our fields of peppermint, nettle and elderberry that we are growing for the international cosmetic company, Lush. Please enjoy our free, delicious iced lemon peppermint tea!
You are invited to bring your lunch and picnic, play games on the lawn, eat popcorn, cotton candy, watermelon, and visit with some local vendors. Or you can just sit in the shade, sip your wine and enjoy the beautiful scenery!
Be sure to mention “Virginia’s 50 years of Love” as you taste and take home a FREE souvenir wine glass!
