Description

Enjoy this delicious slushie recipe with our yummy Traminette wine! 

Ingredients

2  
bottles of traminette (750ml)
2 c
frozen peaches (unsweetened)
1⁄2 c
powdered sugar (can cut back, but needs to be sweet)

Instructions

  1. Add frozen peaches, sugar and a few splashes of Traminette to food processor or blender.
  2. Blend until completely smooth.
  3. Pour in the rest of the Traminette and blend until incorporated. Save about ½ cup if you only have one bottle.
  4. Quickly pour mixture into ice cube trays. (Stir if peaches begin to settle on the bottom of blender)
  5. Freeze.
  6. Place frozen cubes in a blender.  Add a splash of wine to make blending easier.
  7. Blend until slush consistency, adding a splash of wine to thin it out if needed.
  8. Pour into wine glasses, add a straw (if desired) and serve immediately.
  9. Garnish with fresh fruits like strawberries and peach slices.
