Description
A great recipe for pouring over Sweet MountainRose Cake or Icecream.
Ingredients
8 oz
fresh or frozen raspberries 1⁄4 c
sugar 1⁄4 c
sweet mountainrose wineInstructions
Combine raspberries, sugar, and wine in a small saucepan. Heat until sugar dissolves. Pass through a strainer to remove seeds if desired. Refrigerate until needed.
Notes
Pocahontas Red is an excellent substitute for a slightly richer sauce.
