Dorchester Red Steak Marinade
4steaks of your choice cut
1⁄2 cdorchester red (can use up to 1 cup)
2 Tmontreal steak seasoning
1splash of hot sauce (optional)
Place two steaks in bottom container with lid. Cover bottom and top of steaks with 1/2 of the wine and the splash of the sauce if you like. Sprinkle the steak seasoning on the top. Place the remaining two steaks on top. Pour the wine mixture on top and add the remaining seasoning. Cover with lid and place in the refrigerator 24 hours before grilling. Turn container upside down any time you open the frig.
Grill as you like. Serve with baked potato, crusty break, fresh salad, and a glass of Dorchester.
