This is truly a tasty recipe made with our Blair White wine!
10 ozdungeness crab meat (About 2 Cups)
1 cpanko bread crumbs
1⁄4 cgreen onion (Sliced Thin)
1 ccelery (Minced)
1 dstabasco sauce (or to taste)
1juice of one (1) lemon
1⁄2 dswhite pepper
3 Tolive oil
1⁄4 cblair white wine
Combine all ingredients except oil and mix thoroughly but don't break up the crab to much. Chill.
Shape into four cakes, about ¾ inch thick. Sauté crab cakes in oil over medium high heat about 5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown. Deglaze with Blair White, allow to evaporate. Serve immediately with a chilled glass of Blair, Yum!
