Description
This is truly a tasty recipe made with our Blair White wine!
Ingredients
10 oz
dungeness crab meat (About 2 Cups) 1 c
panko bread crumbs 1⁄4 c
green onion (Sliced Thin) 1 c
celery (Minced) 3 T
mayonnaise 1 ds
tabasco sauce (or to taste) 1
juice of one (1) lemon 1⁄2 ds
white pepper 3 T
olive oil 1⁄4 c
blair white wine 1
egg beatenInstructions
Combine all ingredients except oil and mix thoroughly but don't break up the crab to much. Chill.
Shape into four cakes, about ¾ inch thick. Sauté crab cakes in oil over medium high heat about 5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown. Deglaze with Blair White, allow to evaporate. Serve immediately with a chilled glass of Blair, Yum!
