Marinate chicken in Blair Wine overnight in fridge. Use enough to cover chicken. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Take chicken out of marinade and place in sauce pan with chicken broth, water, and 1 cup of Blair. Bring chicken to a boil for approximately 15 minutes or until chicken is cooked. Prepare stuffing using instructions on the box while chicken cooks. Remove chicken from broth and cut into bite size pieces, place in casserole dish. Mix remaining broth in another sauce pan with cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, and mushrooms. Mix over heat until well combined. Pour mix onto chicken in casserole dish, stir, and cover with stuffing. Cook 35-45 minutes on 350 degrees. Let cool for 10 minutes and enjoy!
