This is truly a tasty recipe made with our Traminette wine!
Combine all ingredients except oil and mix thoroughly but don't break up the crab to much. Chill.
Shape into four cakes, about ¾ inch thick. Sauté crab cakes in oil over medium high heat about 5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown. Deglaze with Traminette, allow to evaporate. Serve immediately with a chilled glass of Traminette, Yum!
