Happy Holidays
Friends,
Happy Thanksgiving! The question is: "What
wine(s) to serve?". We usually recommend Jawbone for
any foods smoked or beef roasts. Personally Dorchester is my
favorite. Pardee Red is a good choice for honey Ham. If you prefer
white wines, then Imboden is a good match for
turkey. I attached a new recipe for green beans, thanks to Darlene
Powers. Try it to spice up your Turkey Day Dinner.
