Winemaker's Dinner

Celebrate the opening of a new season. Have dinner with the winemaker and taste  new wine releases.

June 6

Fourth Annual Shrub Rose Festival

Tour the vineyard and see more than 120 roses in bloom. Select roses for sale.

July Mines to Wines and Other Things Fine ... Month-long Celebration with the Music of Coal, and Fine Art from local artists.       

Summer Sunset Evenings- We have scheduled the first of our Summer Sunset Evenings for Friday, July 3, 2009 beginning around 8 pm.   This will be a relaxed outdoor evening with music by Dove Bush, www.dovebush.com, who is a talented local singer from the St.Paul area. Admission is only $5 and there will be wine and light refreshments available for purchase.  Check out our flyer that is attached and join us for the fun.

Concord Grape Festival


Pick your own grapes for eating, jelly and juice. Enjoy grapes "like grandma grew!"

October 3

Fall Fling Tours
and
Grape Stomp

 Hayrides through the vineyard, enjoy a "hillbilly lunch", and stomp grapes.
Stomp Grapes, Dress Like "Lucy", take a Hayride through the vineyard or a pedal boat ride on the pond, have your picture made, your face painted like a tiger; eat lunch or carmel apples with up to 6 toppings, taste wine and the grapes.

November 7 Stories and Songs Dinner
Enjoy dinner and the music of the guitar and mountain dulcimer played by Jack Beck and Wendy Welch.

Nov. 9-November 21, 2009-Fruits of the Land Quilt Challenge, Wise Queen Bee Quilters Quilt Show;   Judging this Friday and Quilts will be on display beginning Saturday, Nov. 7. Come for lunch by the fireplace and enjoy the quilts.

 

November 20-A "Holly, Jolly Christmas Dinner" Enjoy a delicious seasonal dinner and be fascinated by Gary Crum's Tribute to Burl Ives after dinner. Menu attached and reservations required. This one is filling up fast.  Get your reservations in!

 

Nov.21-Wreath Making Workshop- Saturday at 3:00 pm at the Winery.  $10 fee for one wreath- form and fresh greenery. Details coming.

November 9-21 Appalachian Quilt Show
Touch a piece of quilt history - many hand pieced and most hand quilted. Quilts old and new including appliqué and feed sack.

Tree Trimming

Decorate the "grapevine tree", sing carols, eat lunch, and try mulled wine to start the holiday season. Enjoy the festival atmosphere around the fireplace.
